FijiFirst Government ministers are using State resources to force people to hear their campaign promises because no one is willingly going to their meetings, claims National Federation Party leader Professor Biman Prasad.

“You see all of them driving in the West now, they are inducting prefects from primary school to secondary school, the ministers are all over the place, this is the campaign period, they are using the schools to call parents because people are not going to their meetings,” he claimed at an NFP and The People’s Alliance party campaign meeting in the West this week.

“They use government resources to get the people and force them to listen to them. This is what they are doing now.

“But the people of this country understand where they are after 15 years of this government.” In Ba on Thursday night, Professor Prasad said they would be a government that was going to be honest, transparent and accountable to deliver to the people of Fiji.

“We have the resources, the leaders, the vision and we understand where the country is right now,” he said. “As they say before you decide where you want to go, you have to understand where we are.

“We are in a crisis and when you are in a crisis, we need leaders that can take you out of that crisis and we have that leadership with us, The People’s Alliance and the National Federation Party.”
